This diagram outlines the path for uploading commands to the EUVE Science
Payload.  Human-readable commands are generated at the Center for EUV
Astrophysics (CEA) and translated into a standard NASA hexadecimal format
called "Execute On Receipt (EOR)".  The EORs are then transferred to Goddard
Space Flight Center's (GSFC) Command Management Facility (CMF) via computer
network file transfer protocol (ftp).  They are then uplinked through the
GSFC CMF Applications Processor (AP) computer to the EUVE satellite.
